At MustScent, your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines to ensure quality, safety, and fairness.

Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used decants. Fragrances are personal-use items, and we cannot resell them once opened.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
We will gladly offer a replacement or refund after reviewing your request.

Order Issues

If there is any issue with your order, please reach out to us at our support email. We are committed to finding a fair and quick solution.

Refunds (if applicable)

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the transaction to appear.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once preparation begins, cancellations may no longer be possible.
