MustScent provides decanted fragrances from authentic, original bottles. We are an independent retailer and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any fragrance brands.

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your province or have permission from a legal guardian.

2. Products & Accuracy

We strive to ensure all product descriptions and details are accurate. However:

Slight variations may occur due to the decanting process
Packaging (decant bottles) may differ from images shown

3. Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in CAD and are subject to change without notice
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time
Products are subject to availability

4. Orders

We reserve the right to:

Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
Limit quantities per customer
Cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity

If your order is canceled, you will be notified and refunded if applicable.

5. Shipping

Orders are processed within 2 to 7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

MustScent is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or external factors beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final due to hygiene reasons.
